Mamatoto was born after the arrival of our first child. He only wanted to sleep, eat, and spend every waking hour close to me. I wore him constantly, and my husband and I both found that babywearing gave us an incredible bond in those early days. Having a newborn is a huge lifestyle adjustment, so being able to walk, do errands, and move through daily life hands free made all the difference.
After trying many different baby carriers that felt too bulky or uncomfortable, I began to design my own. Four years of research, design, and testing later, I am proud to share Mamatoto, a brand dedicated to creating some of the best baby carriers for comfort, connection, and ease.
