Shipping

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of an order being placed.

DOMESTIC

All orders will be shipped using Australia Post.

We offer free Standard shipping for all Australian orders, or if you need your product sooner you can elect to send your order via Express Post. 

Standard Parcel Post - FREE (delivery approx. 5 business days after dispatch)

Express Post - $15 (delivery approx. 1-2 business days after dispatch)

Please allow for extra shipping time to regional or more remote areas.

INTERNATIONAL

For International orders we offer:

Australia Post International Standard - $30 (delivery approx. 6-10 business days after dispatch based on final location)

OR

FedEx International Standard - shipping charges calculated automatically in your checkout (delivery approx. 6-10 business days after dispatch based on final location)

Duties and taxes:

Customs, duties and taxes may be applicable. These duties and taxes are the responsibility of the receiver. For more information regarding these charges, please contact your local customs office.


PACKAGING

Our baby carrier and accessories boxes, tissue paper, postcards and instruction manuals are made from 100% recycled FSC paper. Packaging stickers use 100% recyclable ABS water based glue. We use compostable ecommerce mailer bags for all online store purchases.

We encourage all customers to re-use, re-cycle and compost all packaging items where possible. 

 

Returns

RETURNS

We are happy to accept returns or exchanges of our products purchased directly from mamatoto.com.au within 30 days of receipt of your purchase for a full refund of your purchase price (not including any shipping fees).

If you would like to return your item, please email us at hello@mamatoto.com.au to receive your return authorisation number and return address details. Please note, returns will only be accepted if;

  • items are unused and unworn
  • items have all tags still intact and attached
  • items are in their original, undamaged packaging

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to two weeks for us to inspect the item and issue a refund. If your return is approved and a refund processed, it will usually take 2-3 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or in your account. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. We do not send out refund checks for products received as gifts that have been returned.

If you purchased your Mamatoto product from one of our stockists, you are subject to their return and exchange policies, and we cannot process your return.

EXCHANGES

We know that sometimes you change your mind on a product style or colour before you use the product. We will happily accept exchanges under the following conditions;

  • items are returned for exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase
  • items are unused and unworn
  • items have all tags still intact and attached
  • items are in their original, undamaged packaging
  • items were purchased directly from www.mamatoto.com.au

To make an exchange, please email hello@mamatoto.com.au with your order number and details of the exchange you would like to make. Your new carrier will only be sent out once we have received the original item and have inspected the product. For accepted product exchanges, we are happy to cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of your new item/s.
