Materials & Care
Where are your products made?
We design our carriers and accessories in Australia, and manufacture them in China.
What are your products made from?
Our carriers are made with 100% Linen. Our carriers include accents of genuine leather. Our accessories are also made from genuine leather.
Are the dyes used in your fabrics safe for a baby?
Yes, we use non-toxic dyes.
Why does linen cost more?
The time consuming manufacturing process required to create linen is more labour intensive than the processes of some other natural materials. Linen is made from Flax plants, which must be pulled from the ground in full to maintain the entire length of their fibres. The plants are then left outdoors to soften so that the fibres are easier to separate. The fibres are then collected, rolled and stored for a few months for further softening. They are then twisted and processed with a spinning technique into the luxurious cloth we know and love as linen.
How do I wash my baby carrier?
We recommend cold hand washing or spot cleaning your carrier where possible, in order to preserve and maintain the life of the genuine leather. If machine washing is necessary, we recommend doing so on the coldest, most gentle cycle. To preserve the carriers shape, lay flat to dry. Wash with a mild detergent free of optical brighteners, enzymes, and baking soda. Do not dry clean.
Please check the care label on your carrier for further information.

How do I adjust the seat of the carrier to suit my baby's size?
Please refer to our detailed product instructions page to learn how to make adjustments to your carrier. Each of our carriers are designed to grow with your baby and be totally customisable to suit their requirements.
Will I spoil my baby if I wear them too much?
Absolutely not, baby wearing develops a sense of trust and security between you and your baby. Studies into baby wearing have shown that carried babies are more often independent at an earlier age. Click here to learn more about the benefits of baby wearing.
Are your carriers safe?
Yes! The safety and comfort of your baby is our number one priority.
